These Terms explain the rules for using the Away Days app and awaydaysapp.com. Please read them before use. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using it.
1. About Away Days
Away Days is a free football matchday planning service operated in the United Kingdom by Anoop Nandra. It is not currently operated through a limited company. “Away Days”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anoop Nandra operating the service.

Away Days is intended for UK users aged 13 and over. You do not need an account. Pub information is for matchday planning; it does not encourage underage drinking. Follow applicable age restrictions and venue rules.
2. Matchday information
We provide stadium, travel, parking, food, drink, supporter-policy and other matchday information. Away Days is independent and is not endorsed by clubs, venues, transport providers, Google or broadcasters unless expressly stated.
We aim to provide accurate information, but opening hours, prices, fixtures, transport, payment methods and entry arrangements can change. Check important details with the relevant club, venue or official provider before travelling or relying on them.
Pub classifications describe information available when reviewed. Crowds and admission policies can vary by fixture, policing and venue decisions. A classification does not guarantee entry. A listing for Sky Sports, TNT Sports or live sport does not guarantee a particular match will be shown.
Distances and travel times are approximate and can change with routes, traffic, disruption and walking speed. Away Days is a planning aid; it does not operate venues or transport, make bookings for you or guarantee third-party services.
3. Suggestions
You can suggest pub or matchday information without providing your name, email address or account details. Suggestions go privately to our admin portal, which only Anoop can access. We review them and may approve, edit, reject or delete them. Submission does not guarantee publication or a response.
Provide information you believe is accurate and have the right to share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading material or infringe others’ rights. Avoid unnecessary personal details.
You retain ownership of original content you submit. To the extent you hold rights in it, you give Away Days non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, edit, adapt and publish it for operating and improving Away Days. This allows approved factual information to appear in the app or website. It does not authorise use of personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.
Original submissions are deleted from the portal after review. Approved factual information may remain in Away Days.
4. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Away Days branding, original content, design, software and database rights belong to the operator or are used with permission. Third-party names, logos and content remain their owners’ property.
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial matchday planning. Unless we give permission or applicable law permits it, you must not copy or commercially redistribute substantial content, systematically extract or scrape our database, reverse engineer the app, or falsely claim affiliation with Away Days.
Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, introduce malware, interfere with security, seek unauthorised access or use it unlawfully.
We may proportionately restrict access where we reasonably believe there is serious misuse or a breach. Where practicable we explain the reason and allow the issue to be resolved; urgent security or unlawful activity may require immediate action. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service working, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical failures and events outside our reasonable control can cause disruption.
We may change features or content to improve the service, fix problems, maintain security, meet legal requirements or respond to third-party changes or available operating resources. We may suspend or discontinue the free service where reasonably necessary.
We act reasonably and give reasonable advance notice of significant adverse changes where practicable. Urgent legal, security or operational issues may require earlier action. We will not charge you for a paid service without your agreement to its price and applicable terms.
6. Our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your applicable consumer rights are preserved.
Where applicable law makes us responsible, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence or both parties knew it might happen when agreeing to these Terms.
We do not accept liability for business losses arising from business use, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party decisions or events outside our reasonable control where our breach or negligence has not contributed. We remain responsible for our own acts and omissions where the law requires it.
Take reasonable care of your safety and belongings and follow venue, club, police and transport instructions. These responsibilities do not remove ours under this section.
7. Privacy and external services

Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to marketing or tracking that requires consent. Relevant choices are provided separately. We apply relevant protections for children’s personal information.
We may link to Google Maps or other external services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not operate them or guarantee their availability or accuracy. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions where law makes us responsible.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for service changes, legal requirements or clarification. We publish the latest version on awaydaysapp.com and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable, except for urgent legal or security changes. Where required, we ask you to accept revised terms before using affected features.
Changes do not retrospectively remove existing rights. If you disagree, you can stop using the affected service.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts where they live. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales subject to those rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. Delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
